Builders, managers and listings
Spec homes, rental refreshes and a kitchen that has to photograph well before a listing goes up. Scheduled to your dates and billed on one invoice.
Builders and spec homes
A builder needs cabinets on site the week the drywall is finished and not a day after, because the counter template and the trim crew are stacked up behind it. We build to your schedule and we hold to it. If we are going to be late you hear about it early enough to move the other trades.
For a spec home we work off your plan set and a finish schedule, with no site meeting needed until the template. For a custom build we come out once with you and the homeowner, so all three of us agree on the layout before anything gets drawn twice.
- Built from your plan set and finish schedule
- Delivery dated to your drywall and trim schedule
- One contact from drawings through punch list
- Repeat door styles priced the same on every house
- One invoice per house or one a month, your call
Property managers and realtors
A rental kitchen rarely needs new boxes. It needs doors that close properly and a finish that photographs clean. Refacing or painting does both, costs a fraction of a rebuild, and keeps the unit off the market for less time than a full tear out ever could.
Realtors call us before a listing goes up, and it is almost always about the kitchen. Painted doors and new hardware change how a room reads in a photograph more than anything else at that price. We work off a walkthrough, quote it in writing, and schedule around the photographer.

Yes. Send the plans and the finish schedule and we will draw the cabinet elevations from them. We only need to be on site for the template and the install.
Yes. Property managers with regular work get one invoice a month, itemized by address, so each line can be billed back to the right owner.
On a builder schedule, get us the finish selections four to six weeks before you need cabinets on site. A rental refresh moves quicker because the boxes stay where they are.
Yes, on a repeat door style and a repeat plan. If the plan or the finish changes then the price changes with it, and we show you exactly where.
For a builder with their own trim crew, yes. We build, finish and deliver, and your crew hangs it. We still come out for the template.
The plan set, the finish schedule, the appliance specs and a date the drywall will be finished. That is enough for us to draw from.
